What we collect on this website
If you use the contact form or the pre-qualification form, you give us what you type: your name, email, phone number, the state and rough details of a property, a credit range you choose yourself, and any message. We do not ask for a Social Security number on these forms, and these forms do not pull credit.
Like most websites, the host may collect technical data such as browser type and pages visited. We do not sell personal information.
How we use it
We use form information to answer you and to prepare for a possible mortgage conversation. If you become a client, a mortgage file needs more information — income, assets, credit, and details about the property — and that information is collected in the application, not on this marketing form.
A mortgage file is shared with the people who have to do the work: wholesale lenders, appraisers, title companies, insurers, and credit reporting agencies see what they need to see. We do not use this website form as a mailing list to sell to outsiders.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the conversation you started, for a loan file if one exists, and for the records licensing rules require. Ask us if you want to know what we still have.
