Not an offer of credit
Nothing on this website is a commitment to lend or extend credit. Rates, programs, and guidelines change and depend on your credit, income, assets, the property, and the lender. We do not publish interest rates here. A calculator result is an illustration based on numbers you type. It is not a Loan Estimate, not a Closing Disclosure, and not a rate lock.
Who we are
Freedom Family Mortgage is a mortgage broker, company NMLS #2409884, advertising in Nebraska, Colorado, Iowa, Georgia, and Florida. We are not a bank. We are not your accountant, your lawyer, or your real estate agent. Tax questions belong with your accountant. The footer says so because mortgage interest deductions are not automatic.
The secure application
The “apply” button opens a third-party portal (Blink Mortgage, unless that link is changed in the site settings). That portal is not this website. Its availability, security, and privacy practices are its own. If the link fails, call (720) 415-9093.
Calculators
Calculators round to the cent and use the standard principal-and-interest formula. They do not know your taxes, your insurance bill, or your lender’s mortgage-insurance rate unless you type them. The rent-versus-buy sketch ignores tax deductions and surprise repairs on purpose. Do not make a purchase or a refinance from a calculator alone.
Your use of the site
Do not misuse the forms, attempt to break the site, or submit information about someone else without their permission. You may share links to public pages. You may not copy the site design and present it as your own brokerage.
The logo and the Luke David and Solo Mwania photographs belong to their owners and are used here for this business. Do not reuse the photographs on another site.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate. We do not warrant that it is error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make solely from general education on these pages. Loan terms, when you have them, are in the lender’s disclosures.
